Despite the years of violin lessons at a young age, he found an interest in the more progressive sounds of the electric guitar, later adding blues, folk, jazz and classical to his repertoire. He draws his influence from guitarists ranging from electric bluesman, Stevie Ray Vaughan, to jazz virtuoso, Emily Remler, along with his stepfather, Paul “Dr. Mongo” Garrison. He mostly performs at various venues along the Wasatch Front but has also traveled and played at several music festivals around the world, including Germany and England. Adam has continued studying, teaching, and performing guitar for over 25 years. Throughout his years of experience he insists that his greatest talent is persistence and the determination to succeed.
